About the role: As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you'll use your training to provide person-centred care, support daily living, and help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. You'll travel between clients' homes throughout the day, making every visit matter. Bring your skills to where they're needed most! Work conditions and physical demands: This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. The Personal Support Worker provides person-centred care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. They also collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for clients.

Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker or Developmental Services Worker certification or be eligible nursing students. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory Criminal Records Check are mandatory.
