Do you have what it takes? · LPN or RN certification is an asset · Previous experience as physician’s assistant or in the Medical Aesthetics Industry · Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, EMR · Retail Experience (beneficial) · Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required) · Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance · Strong Administrative skills · Outgoing and welcoming persona Responsibilities: · Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic. · Assist physicians with procedures and work as their extender in fostering a positive relationship. · Maintain patient charts in Patient Management System. · Receive inventory · Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software. · Work effectively both independently and in teams. · Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. Provide high-end holistic care to patients and act as the primary welcoming face of the clinic. Assist physicians with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient charts and inventory.

Candidates should ideally have LPN or RN certification and experience in medical aesthetics or as a physician's assistant. Strong administrative skills, proficiency in EMR and Windows Office, and a professional demeanor are required.
