We are looking for a Revenue Management Leader for our Air Consolidation business to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and commercial performance through data-driven strategies and technology. Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have strong airline and travel industry experience, with deep knowledge of airline commercial agreements, pricing, commissions, incentives, supplier relationships, and revenue optimization. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams, this leader will translate complex airline agreements and large-scale transaction data into actionable pricing, yield, and revenue strategies. Responsibilities and Duties: Maximizing Transaction Margin Manage and optimize airline agreements, commissions, and backend incentives, GDS and other supplier agreements Align volume to the most profitable airline deals and targets Develop strategies to maximize profitability while achieving performance goals in agreement with Sales team Translate airline agreements into market-ready offers and campaigns Partner with sales to design and launch commercial programs across channels for effective execution and positioning Oversee markups and yield optimization across channels Monitor deal and program performance; adjust pricing and incentives as needed Balance volume growth with margin and profitability objectives Build and leverage models to assess true booking profitability Integrate payment strategies into revenue decisions Recommend data-driven solutions and optimization strategies to senior management Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred 7+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or financial analysis within the airline and/or travel industry Strong airline and travel industry background is required Strong understanding of airline contracts, commercial agreements, commissions, backend incentives, GDS agreements, and supplier economics is required Demonstrated experience analyzing airline deals and agreements and translating commercial terms into pricing, yield, and profitability strategies Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business strategies Experience with revenue optimization, pricing models, forecasting, yield management, and profitability analysis, preferably within airlines, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other large transaction-based environments Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or other analytics platforms is an asset Proven ability to work with large-scale transaction data and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and commercial performance Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, strong commercial judgment, and business acumen Familiarity with travel APIs, booking platforms, GDS systems, and airline distribution is highly valued Interest or experience in AI/ML, automation, and data science is an asset but not required Key Experience We Are Looking For: The successful candidate will bring: Deep knowledge of the airline and travel industry Hands-on understanding of airline contracts and commercial agreements Strong analytical and revenue optimization capabilities Experience working with airline commissions, incentives, GDS economics, and supplier agreements Ability to connect commercial agreements, pricing, volume, and profitability Experience operating in a high-volume, data-intensive transaction environment Strong business judgment and the ability to turn analysis into commercial action Benefits of working with us!
