Drupal Business Analyst

Must: Drupal Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Digital Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture. 5+ years of experience working with Drupal CMS platforms. Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, content modeling, workflows, and governance. Experience leading enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiatives. Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and functional documentation. Experience in CMS modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Drupal 9/10/11 implementations. Knowledge of Headless Drupal, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and personalization strategies. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Acquia, or other CMS platforms. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture. UX/CX strategy and customer journey mapping expertise. Nice-to-Have Certifications Acquia Certified Drupal Certifications TOGAF Foundation/Practitioner Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI-PBA Agile/Scrum Certifications AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Range: 8-15+ Years (with 5+ years in Drupal-based Digital Experience Platforms)
