Senior Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer (8+ Years) Location: Toronto, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office About The Opportunity Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join its Personal Injury Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to take on a senior role within a collaborative and supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of personal injury litigation matters from file opening through settlement, trial, and/or LAT hearings. Handle all aspects of file and case management, including liability, financial, and medical investigations. Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents. Prepare and attend discoveries, mediations, motions, hearings, and trials. Provide strategic legal advice and practical guidance to clients throughout the claims and litigation process. Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring files progress efficiently and within deadlines. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to achieve successful outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of post-call litigation experience. Significant experience in Personal Injury Litigation. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills. Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

The Senior Litigation Lawyer will manage personal injury files from inception through to settlement or trial, including conducting investigations and drafting legal documents. They are also responsible for providing strategic advice to clients and representing them in mediations, motions, and hearings.

Candidates must have a minimum of 8+ years of post-call litigation experience with a strong background in personal injury law. Applicants are required to be members in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess excellent advocacy and organizational skills.
