About the Job As a Production Worker on our Horticultural Production Team, you'll work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality soil and mulch products. You'll operate key equipment like forklifts and palletizers and play a vital role in supporting a cleaner, greener future. * We are hiring for the day shift (Monday - Friday 6:00a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and afternoon shift (Monday–Thursday 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.). * The starting wage is $24.89/hr and will increase to $26.00/hr after 1 year of service. What You’ll Be Doing * Operating machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors * Running the mulch and soil production lines * Supporting machine operation and shipping when needed Here’s What You Need * Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting (up to 45lbs), and moving equipment * A problem-solver who can multitask and adapt to changing needs * Team player who can also work independently * Experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, or general labour is a bonus * Forklift experience or certification is an asset — but we’re happy to train the right person! Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, forklifts, and tractors to produce high-quality soil and mulch products. Support the production lines and shipping operations to ensure efficient output.

Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 45lbs and standing for long periods. Experience in agriculture, landscaping, or general labor and forklift certification are considered assets.
