About The Position Walters is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who are seeking a position that will provide skill growth and development. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Labourer will be responsible for but not limited to: Read and interpret work orders. Loads and unloads trailers, as required, to Walters Standards. Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials. May cut, grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools. Completes project specific tasks as assigned and required. Performs housekeeping tasks as assigned. Assists in the movement of material in the plant/property by use of crane, forklift, etc. Work Location: Princeton Facility. Position Requirements Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast pace environment. Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and able to work well with others as part of a team. Able to adapt and complete tasks as priorities change. Strong time management skills and work ethic. The Labourer is responsible for reading work orders, loading and unloading trailers, and sorting metal materials. They also perform metal finishing tasks and assist in moving materials using cranes and forklifts.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety policies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are required.
