Continuously develop and sustain a strong working knowledge of ICBC products, private auto insurance manuals, best practices, standards, and systems. Maintain high processing standards for storage, retrieval, and confidentiality of clients' information, ensuring accuracy and protection. Business Development and Sales Meet and exceed sales, business-building, and retention targets, employing strong sales techniques while upholding Navacord’s values and standards. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross-selling additional insurance products. Actively seek out and engage potential clients to expand the client base and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Manage travel schedules efficiently to optimize client visits and service delivery. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment. Requirements: Level 1 Insurance Broker License. At least 1 year of previous experience in insurance, demonstrating a strong understanding of insurance products and client service. Valid driver's license in British Columbia and access to a reliable vehicle for travel purposes. High motivation and excellent time management skills to effectively balance multiple tasks and client visits. Ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently in the field.
