WB Melback Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to manages project cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will be responsible to create and maintain baselines, perform earned value management (EVM), analyze risks, and generate forecasting reports for stakeholders. They act as the "navigator" for project managers by providing data-driven insights to guide project decisions. The Project Manager is responsible for managing all project activities and performance to satisfy the customer and our company goals, and for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible to plan and designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Completely understand the project management process Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision Understand project goals and deadlines Have a comprehensive understanding of all cost involved Develop project leads Create the schedule for each project and match the talent to the job Propose value-added budget ideas Follow up on proposals Commitment to details and well organized Outstanding customer service skills Required Skills: Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to meet deadlines Ensures positive customer relations and satisfaction Develops detailed schedules for completion Completing projects within established budgets Financial reporting of current and projected costs and profit Issues contracts, purchase orders, and change orders Coordination with subcontractors Monitors quality and safety Resolves issues in a timely manner Exceptional communication skills (written/oral) Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must work efficiently under minimal supervision Must be a detail-oriented Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Construction/Business Management, Engineering) or PMP Certification Minimum of 3 years' experience in Construction and Project Management Strong computer and typing skills Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow‐up skills Analytical problem-solving skills Location: Northern Ontario DSP Contract Also Considered HOW TO APPLY: Submit resumes to www.wbmelback.bamboohr.com/careers Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
