Security Analyst

About the Role WBM Technologies is seeking a Security Analyst to join our Central Services team. In this role, you will help plan and deliver security initiatives, solutions, and standards that directly affect our clients and the environments they rely on every day. As part of a fast-paced team focused on cybersecurity solutions and best practices, you will support root cause analysis, automation, compliance, and proactive security improvements that strengthen the security, stability, and performance of information technology environments across WBM’s client community. What You’ll Do * Proactively identify automation and security initiatives for technical environments. * Perform root cause analysis of persistent issues, provide remediation options, and execute remediation activities. * Maintain security compliance across supported environments and managed platforms. * Onboard customers onto Managed Security Platforms with a focus on consistency, communication, and client experience. * Complete proactive maintenance of Managed Security Platforms to support stability, reliability, and performance. * Support vulnerability management and remediation activities. * Create, update, andmaintainclear documentation for internal teams and customer-facing processes. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to support alignment, transparency, and strong service delivery. * Manage time effectively while balancing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment. What You’ll Bring * 3+ years of IT security experience with progressive advancement. * A desire to work on a collaborative team focused on proactive initiatives, continuous improvement, and meaningful client outcomes. * Strong knowledge of endpoint security management. * Strong knowledge of vulnerability management. * Strong knowledge offirewalland antivirus security platforms. * Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technical environments. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. * Working knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management platforms. * Working knowledge of Windows Servers. * Working knowledge of virtualization platforms. * Strong communication, documentation, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Sophos Central experience. * Sophos Certified Technician certification. * Sophos Certified Architect certification. * ConnectWise Manage experience. * ConnectWise Automate experience. The Security Analyst will plan and deliver security initiatives, focusing on root cause analysis, automation, and compliance for client environments. Key duties include onboarding customers to managed security platforms and performing proactive maintenance to ensure stability and performance.

Candidates need 3+ years of progressive IT security experience with strong knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and Microsoft cloud environments. Proficiency in networking, Windows Servers, and virtualization is required, with Sophos and ConnectWise experience preferred.
