We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our LATAM market by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth aligned with the company's objectives. Location: Vancouver, BC – On-site Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Identify, develop, and execute business growth opportunities across Mexico. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and regional growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue targets, and business development performance. Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and partnership pipelines using CRM systems. Represent WeMaster Trade at networking events, industry conferences, webinars, and community initiatives when required. Promote the company's products and services while expanding brand awareness throughout Mexico. Identify, contact, negotiate, and follow up with prospective business partners and collaborators. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Mexican financial services and trading market. Minimum of 1 years of experience in Business Development, Country Management, Sales Leadership, or a similar senior commercial role. Experience within the Forex, CFDs, Prop Trading, Financial Services, FinTech, or Investment industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of introducing broker (IB), affiliate, or partnership models is considered an asset. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
