Our team is built on craftsmanship, safety, reliability, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery * Perform preventative and predictive maintenance * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals * Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential problems * Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime * Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies * Maintain accurate maintenance records *Qualifications* * Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate * Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong commitment to workplace safety *What We Offer* At Welders Millwrights Inc., we recognize that great people are the foundation of a great company.
