The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities. This job posting is intended to fill a 12-month HR Coordinator Contract in Well.ca’s Human Resources department. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Working Location: Guelph, ON In Office Expectation: 1 day weekly or as requested by management Starting Salary Range: $47,000-$53,000 annually - Actual Compensation within the pay range listed will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment for warehouse and customer care, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting references checks, and issuing offer letters Facilitate onboarding activities for all warehouse staff/customer care and manage orientation program Maintain and update various documents, such as new hire packages and job descriptions Manage documents within HRIS system (ADP) Provide assistance and advice to employees regarding the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures Active member of the Health & Safety programs and committee Manage internal intranet with up-to-date company information Manage bi-monthly newsletter Participate in fun committee and coordinate employee events Run weekly and monthly HR KPI reporting Maintain employee files on ADP Flexible hours as required to support different shifts, must be available to occasionally support overnight team on site Participate in projects as required Assist HR team with all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1-2 years of related experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills – capable of working effectively with all levels of staff Ability to commute to Guelph, ON required Disclosures Employer Name: WELL.CA (BH WATER HOLDCO LTD.)
