Our collaborative team works under one roof to provide seamless, coordinated care from comprehensive assessment and diagnosis through long-term health optimization. We support individuals, families, and organizations through personalized primary care and executive and corporate health programs. Our onsite and virtual services include: * Travel medicine * Physiotherapy * Mental health and wellness support * Phlebotomy * Dietitian services Our established clinic is home to 10 family physicians and is supported by a nurse practitioner, licensed practical nurse, a clinic manager, a team lead, and dedicated medical office assistants. Administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, billing, and clinic logistics, are managed by the support team, allowing physicians to focus on patient care. As part of WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centres - INLIV combines trusted local expertise with the scale and clinical leadership of Canada’s leading preventative health network. The Opportunity We are seeking a Family Physician to join our growing Calgary practice. This is an onsite primary care position focused on proactive, personalized, and evidence-based medicine. The physician will work within a multidisciplinary team to address acute, chronic, and preventative health needs while developing long-term relationships with patients. The role offers a manageable patient panel of approximately 225–300 patients, allowing the physician to provide comprehensive and highly personalized care. The position will begin at three days per week, with the opportunity to increase to four days per week for the right candidate. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing predictable scheduling and a strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized care plans * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions * Provide ongoing preventative care and health optimization support * Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventions * Use advanced diagnostic tools and testing to support clinical decision-making * Collaborate with specialists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals * Provide timely patient follow-up * Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in the electronic medical record * Stay current with medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care Practice Model and Physician Support * Established and manageable patient panel of approximately 225–300 patients * Contract-based compensation with a set daily rate * Earning potential of up to $650,000 annually depending on experience, schedule, patient-panel size, clinical responsibilities, and leadership involvement. * No overhead costs * Billing support * Dedicated administrative and operational support * Paid continuing medical education days * Flexible scheduling options Qualifications * Active independent licensure, or eligibility for independent licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta * Certification in Family Medicine is preferred * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * Strong commitment to patient-centred care, prevention, and long-term health optimization Experience in preventative medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, precision medicine, longevity medicine, or wellness-focused practice is considered an asset.
