Position Summary: The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you. What you will be doing: * Administrative duties - answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing. * Lab Duties - include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or performing basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments. * Patient Care duties – Coordinate patient care through the clinic: checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post-appointment service, monitoring the waiting room. * General duties – To ensure to always keep patient information confidential and secure. Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management. You have: * High school diploma or the equivalent * Exceptional customer service skills * A Team Player * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. * Ability to work independently as well as with a team * Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative. * Open and accountable. * Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic. * Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset. * Experience with EMR system OSCAR is also an asset. The salary for this position falls within a defined range and will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
