You have: * Grade 12 diploma * Desire to learn, grow and succeed * Strong organizational and communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and crew-building skills * The flexibility to work all shifts or weekend clean-up. The employee will perform general cleanup duties within the lumber mill environment. This role supports the overall operations and maintenance of the facility.

Candidates must possess a Grade 12 diploma and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset.
