The factory operator is responsible for performing daily operational tasks, cleaning various factory sectors, and maintaining safety by monitoring confined spaces and hot work. They must also assist with specialized cleaning during factory shutdowns and perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor. Candidates should possess basic technical skills in industrial equipment handling and the ability to safely store materials. A high school diploma is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
