Class 1 Owner Operator Westcan Bulk Transport Location: Saskatoon The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada! We are seeking Independent Contractors (Professional Class 1 Drivers) to join our team, with a focus on highway retail fuel. About the position: * Product: Retail Fuel * Work Schedule Highlights: 5 on, 2 off schedule, with days off during the week. Must be willing to stay in tractor for entire shift * Primarily hauling throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta What are we looking for? * Class 1/AZ licence with a minimum of two years of recent highway experience. Seven- or eight-axle driving experience preferred * Super B, tanker, and off-road experience are strong assets. Candidates must complete an on-site drug and alcohol screen, a job abilities assessment, and a company-paid criminal record search * Liquid or dry bulk commodity experience is an asset * Ability to chain up tires where necessary * A well-maintained, heavy-spec tractor equipped with stability control and no older than a 2021 model (subject to approval) What's in it for you? * Excellent kilometer rates for loaded and empty kilometers * Flat rate for loading and unloading * Licensing and insurance paid by KAG * Fuel cap rate * Additional earning opportunities through Good Operations incentives * Optional benefits, including health, dental, and vision care We have a strong culture of teamwork, with a balance of seriousness and fun.
