Insurance Advisor – Brooks Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities. Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers. Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance. Complete certificate issuance for new business and renewal clients. Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements. Assist with the administration of the commercial book of business accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while helping to meet insurance sales targets. Conduct proactive account touchpoints and timely renewal calls for existing clients. Learn the fundamentals of account management and client retention strategies. The value you bring Prior insurance experience an asset General Level 1 License required (or willingness to obtain in next 3 months). Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and confident across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ability to navigate multiple computer programs; EPIC experience required. Previous experience achieving team targets in a similar or comparable role is an advantage.
