Insurance Advisor - Strathmore - 12 month contract As an Insurance Advisor, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch. Every day you will build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through timely service, accurate policy support, and a commitment to protecting what matters most to them. Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like You will support customers with policy inquiries, changes, and updates via phone, in-person, and email Every day you will assist customers with their home and auto insurance needs, providing guidance and support throughout their policy lifecycle You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation and transactions are completed efficiently Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and follow-ups in a timely manner Provide administrative support by managing customer requests, documentation, and internal workflows Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding items and ensure a seamless customer experience Collaborate with team members to ensure service standards are met and branch operations run smoothly Identify opportunities to refer customers for additional products or services based on their needs The value you bring You do not need experience; if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs and systems Professional communication skills in-person, over the phone, and through email A strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships and provide solutions Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset Working experience in EPIC is an asset Role Details Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week - 12 month contract Location: Strathmore, Alberta Compensation Range: $51,000 - $61,000 Requisition #: 83208 Current Vacancy: Yes Why Western?
