Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses The value you bring General Insurance Level 2 License required History of modeling best practices when implementing initiatives Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment Involvement in industry related associations and your community Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal Role Details Hours/Duration: 37.5 hours per week Location: Mill Bay, BC Current Vacancy: Yes Requisition #: 83074 Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Why Western?
