Premium Finance & Collections Coordinator – Remote within Canada What a Typical Day Looks Like Act as the key liaison between the Premium Finance and Collections teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow alignment. Coordinate processes related to cancellations, reinstatements, payment arrangements, and delinquent accounts. Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and training. Analyze trends, prepare reporting insights, and support operational dashboards and strategic initiatives. Assist with complex account resolutions, system enhancements, testing activities, and stakeholder support. Support collection activities, premium finance loan administration, AR reporting, and third-party agency placements. The Value You Bring Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in collections, premium finance, accounts receivable, or related financial operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus. Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and process documentation.
