To be considered for this role you will require AHPRA Registration, proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision and palliation, First Aid and CPR Certificates. Previous experience in Aged Care is desired but not essential. The Registered Nurse will provide whole-of-person care and support to residents while fostering open communication and teamwork within the clinical team. The role includes coaching and mentoring from home managers and clinical leaders to enhance professional growth.
