Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Year Round (10-month) Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Depending on the location upload the Mountain via Gondola with your team Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting Collect all dishes, cutlery and cups Ensure all dishware is properly sanitized before further use Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use Follow all of our safety protocols Support the back of house team with cleaning the back of house work stations and other prep cook tasks as required Keep storage areas clean and organized Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent) Job Requirements We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to do execute your job safely Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Desire to learn and grow Ability to communicate effectively in English Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs In completing this application, and when submitting related documentation, applicants may redact information that identifies their age, date of birth, and/or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
