Responsible for promoting the safety and security of staff and guests on the mountain, Ski Patrol are alert and dependable professionals focused on promoting safety with the ability to remain calm in a crisis when incidents arise. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $21.53/hr - $27.38/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Promote guest safety Assist injured guests on the mountain Maintain trails, including closures, safety materials, avalanche mitigation, and other impacts from the natural environment Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Pass resort Ski Patrol sponsored ski test Must be able to communicate fluently in English Must have excellent guest service skills Must be able to work in inclement weather in a high alpine environment Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions The expected pay range is $21.53/hr - $27.38/hr. Promote the safety and security of guests and staff on the mountain. Responsibilities include assisting injured guests and maintaining trails, including avalanche mitigation and safety closures.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English, and pass a resort-sponsored ski test. Ability to work in inclement weather in a high alpine environment is essential.
