About the Role Wholesome Psychology is one of Alberta’s busiest and fastest-growing private practices, with multiple locations across Edmonton and St. Albert. We are looking for therapists who care deeply about creating a safe, supportive space for clients and who want to be part of a collaborative team. Because of the strong demand for our services, new therapists can expect to have a steady flow of clients right from the start. Success in this role means keeping a full caseload, providing excellent care, and contributing to the warm and professional culture that defines Wholesome Psychology. Responsibilities Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches Maintain a busy caseload while completing documentation and treatment plans in Jane (our scheduling and billing system) Work collaboratively with colleagues and join consultations when appropriate Follow professional and ethical standards as set by your regulatory body Contribute to a supportive, client-focused environment Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field Registration (or eligibility) with the College of Alberta Psychologists, Alberta College of Social Workers, or another recognized professional body Experience with approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, or play therapy (multiple modalities are an asset) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A client-centered approach and commitment to inclusivity Ability to manage a full client load while maintaining quality care Why Join Wholesome Psychology? Exigences
