As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. If you are a professional operator who takes pride in your work, values safety, and enjoys working alongside experienced crews on meaningful projects, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in a civil construction environment. Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-trip and post-trip documentation. Conduct routine maintenance and identify mechanical concerns. Read grades, stakes, plans, and site instructions. Work closely with Foremen, Gradepersons, Labourers, and Project Teams. Maintain production while ensuring quality workmanship. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Contribute to a positive, professional team environment. Minimum of 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment. Experience operating multiple types of machinery is considered an asset. Ability to perform finish grading and interpret survey stakes accurately. Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Capable of adapting to varying job site conditions and challenges. Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. CSTS and Ground Disturbance certification are a condition of employment. Pre-Employment Requirements Successful candidates may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
