Full-time, year-round employment Local work - home every night Consistent hours and steady workload Competitive wages based on experience and certification Comprehensive benefits package Modern shop and equipment fleet Supportive team environment Ongoing training and career development Opportunities for apprentices to advance and complete their certification Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain light vehicles, trailers, and small equipment Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize and review repair orders, ensuring timely performance of all repairs Conduct diagnostics and develop effective repair strategies Ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards before equipment leaves the shop Perform on-site repairs and services as required Maintain detailed service reports and documentation to facilitate efficient operations Adhere to and promote safety procedures in accordance with company standards Requirements Journeyman Automotive Service Certification Minimum of 3 years of automotive service experience CVIP Certification is a condition of Employment Experience with heavy equipment is an asset Ability to adapt to flexible working schedules Proficient with computer systems and smart devices, with a willingness to adopt new work order software Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong work ethics Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license Possession of necessary personal tools for light truck and trailer repairs Benefits Competitive salary and benefits RRSP matching program Reliable hours and job stability Work Boot Allowance Career development and collaborative opportunity for growth Employee Referral Program Training & Development.
