We're hiring hardworking Landscape Construction Labourers to help build parks, sports fields, pathways, playgrounds, streetscapes, and outdoor spaces throughout the Edmonton area. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work, we'd like to hear from you. Working hours are 10-12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday. What You'll Be Doing Transforming parks, trails, and urban landscapes! Transporting and spreading topsoil Planting sod, shrubs, flowers, and trees Building cool landscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls Use tools and equipment to grade dig and build Loading and unloading materials with care Cleaning up work areas and keeping sites safe Using hand and power tools responsibly Work in a team environment on real projects in your community Following safety protocols and supporting a culture of safety within the team Requirements We are looking for dependable team members who show up ready to work every day. Reliability and a positive attitude are just as important as experience Prior experience in construction or landscaping is preferred Successful completion of a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test Candidates must possess the ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds; physical stamina is essential Must hold a Minimum Class 5 driver's license and possess a personal vehicle as public transportation is not available Exceptional communication skills are required, with fluency in English—ensuring safety is paramount Understanding of safety protocols and a dedicated commitment to a "Safety First Attitude" on a daily basis CSTS 2020 certification is mandatory (may be provided) Applicants should provide their own CSA approved steel-toed boots and a mobile smartphone Work in the fresh air and sunshine (no gym membership required) NO WALK IN RESUMES ACCEPTED Please note that we appreciate all interest, but only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
