Job Description Under the direction/supervision of the clinical team, you will perform direct patient services tasks. Accountabilities: Assisting with patient activities of daily living, mobilization and transport Ordering supplies Daily restocking of supplies in patient care rooms and supply storage areas Maintain and distribute departmental monitoring equipment Transporting patient specimens to the pneumatic tube Contributing to the maintenance of a safe work environment Qualifications Registered with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) Personal support worker certificate required from an accredited institution Basic knowledge of aseptic techniques Current CPR Recent related experience working with patients in a rehabilitation setting Recent experience working in a highly technical patient care environment Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and comprehension skills Flexibility to meet unit needs Ability to work well with team members Basic computer skills and knowledge of Meditech system Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record Ability to travel between and work at all Osler sites as required Able to handle physical requirements of the job (ability to lift at least 25-30 pounds) Additional Information Currently Days/Nights, 8 hours, including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements) Salary: Minimum: $31.45 per hour Maximum: $32.09 per hour Internal application deadline: August 28, 2026 #TPT #LI-RB1 Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
