Location: Remote – Anywhere in Canada Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 1:00-9:00pm Key Qualifications * Clearance & Rating experience required * High School Diploma required * Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing ground shipments * Proficiency in MS Office and database skills * Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required * Accuracy and attention to detail is required * CCS designation is an asset * ***Must have Custom Import Analyst Experience*** Description of Role * As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Truck Freight imports are cleared for entry into Canada. * Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database * Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone * Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies Why you'll love it at Willson * Work-from-home environment, with a home internet reimbursement * 3 weeks paid vacation for all new hires * Company-matching RRSP program * We care about your loved ones too – that’s why we offer family medical benefit coverage (including significant mental-health practitioner coverage), Compassionate Care top-ups, and Maternity/Parental top-ups. * Change is crucial to success – it’s never a dull moment here! Ce que vous ferez

Liaise with Canada Customs, clients, and shipping companies to ensure international truck freight imports are cleared for entry. Input data into databases and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Exigences

Requires 2-5 years of experience in a customs brokerage environment with specific expertise in clearance and rating. A high school diploma is required, while a CCS designation is considered an asset.
