Location - Fully Remote - Anywhere in Canada Shift - Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Key Qualifications Clearance & Rating experience required High School Diploma required Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing ground shipments Proficiency in MS Office and database skills Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required Accuracy and attention to detail is required CCS designation is an asset ***Must have Custom Import Analyst Experience*** Description of Role * As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Truck Freight imports are cleared for entry into Canada. * Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database * Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone * Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies Why you’ll love it at Willson Work-from-home environment, with a home internet reimbursement 3 weeks paid vacation for all new hires Company-matching RRSP program We care about your loved ones too – that’s why we offer family medical benefit coverage (including significant mental-health practitioner coverage), Compassionate Care top-ups, and Maternity/Parental top-ups. Ce que vous ferez

Responsible for liaising with Canada Customs, clients, and shipping companies to ensure international truck freight imports are cleared for entry. This includes inputting data into databases and partnering with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Exigences

Requires 2-5 years of experience in a customs brokerage environment with specific expertise in clearance and rating. A high school diploma is required, while a CCS designation is considered an asset.
