Corporate Accounting Manager $130K–$140K Base Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite) We are working with an established real estate investment and management company that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to its growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for a CPA-designated accounting professional who brings a strong financial reporting foundation and is looking to build their career within the real estate industry. The role will have exposure across corporate financial reporting, audit and tax support, portfolio accounting, and team supervision, while working closely with senior finance leadership. What they’re looking for: • CPA designation required • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Public accounting/audit experience strongly preferred • Strong financial statement preparation and audit support experience • Experience reviewing reconciliations and financial reporting packages • Exposure to real estate clients or the real estate industry is an asset • Knowledge of HST, corporate/partnership tax and T5013 filings is an asset • Yardi Voyager or similar real estate accounting software is an asset • Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills • Previous supervisory or file-review experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from public accounting or a corporate accounting environment who wants broader exposure, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to work within an established real estate organization.
