Multi Store Manager

LOCATION: Wine Rack #362- 173 Lakeshore Road W, Oakville, L6K 1E7 JOB DESCRIPTION: What you’ll be doing: * Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team * Proficient with Microsoft suite applications * Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets * Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards * Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment * Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment * Accountable for all aspects of in store inventory * Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store. * Develop merchants at all levels through coaching, training and one on one discussions Who You Are: * 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service * A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills * Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change * Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays * Smart Serve Certification is required. * Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders. The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications and other business and organizational requirements. The Multi Store Manager is responsible for setting sales strategies, managing store inventory, and overseeing daily operations. They will also lead, coach, and recruit store staff to ensure high performance and a safe work environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service, along with a Smart Serve Certification. The role requires physical stamina for tasks such as lifting up to 21 kilograms and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
