What the role is all about: You take great pleasure and pride in developing that great first impression for guests by maintaining outdoor environments. As Venue Maintenance Crew, Park Grounds, you strive to align your work with WinSport’s six core values: * Safety * Integrity * Belonging * Collaboration * Inspiration * Sustainability What you will be doing: * Maintain overall cleanliness of the outside park grounds, including the track, the ski hill, AIC, and parking lots * Parking lot management during high traffic periods * Maintain landscape and turf maintenance for all park grounds and venues * Snow removal, apply gravel and ice melt * Carry out daily safety and maintenance checks * Assist in general light maintenance duties * Maintain and repair landscape, turf, and irrigation areas * Demonstrate a safe work practice at all times by adhering to all WinSport safety policy and procedures and ensuring one’s own safety is preserved along with the safety of co-workers, direct reports and WinSport guests * Other duties as assigned What you bring: * Aged 18+ * Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract * Enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions * Strong work ethic and initiative * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment * Landscaping and turf maintenance an asset * Hand and power tool experience an asset * Light machinery experience an asset Work Conditions: * Outdoor work in all weather conditions * 30-40 hours per week * Seasonal position from October 2026 - April 2027 What We Can Offer You: If an unforgettable experience working alongside an amazing team wasn’t enough, as a WinSport Team Member you also receive the added benefits of: * Free Park passes * Free parking * Reciprocals at other ski resorts * Food, beverage, retail and program discounts * Access to our world-class gym facility. The Venue Maintenance Crew is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of outdoor park grounds, including ski hills, tracks, and parking lots. Duties include landscaping, turf maintenance, snow removal, and performing general light maintenance tasks.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and a strong work ethic.
