Sales Development Representative (Commission-Based) Wirevox AI is looking for motivated, driven Sales Development Representatives to help us bring AI-powered voice agents and automation solutions to businesses. What you'll do Prospect and identify businesses that could benefit from AI voice agents and automation. Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads and identify their business needs and pain points. Book qualified meetings and product demos for the Wirevox AI team. Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. Communicate the value of AI automation and demonstrate how Wirevox AI can help businesses reduce costs, improve efficiency, and automate customer interactions. Maintain accurate prospect and outreach records. What we're looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable with cold outreach. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Results-oriented with a strong desire to earn. Previous sales, business development, or cold-calling experience is an asset, but not required. Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, or technology is a plus. Compensation & Growth This position begins as commission-only / performance-based, with earnings directly tied to successful sales. We're looking for people who want to grow with Wirevox AI from an early stage. After the initial 3-month period, or once an agreed-upon lead-generation target is reached, we intend to transition successful SDRs toward a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission. For individuals who make a significant contribution during the early stages of Wirevox AI, there may also be an opportunity for equity participation, subject to performance, contribution, and mutual agreement.
