Role: Junior Python or Java AI Developer Title: Associate Location: Montreal Experience: 0-3 Years Mode of Work: Onsite Job Description: Looking for a Junior Python/Java Developer with exposure to AI/GenAI development to build and support scalable applications in an Agile environment. Required Skills: Python and/or Java Basic understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG REST APIs and database concepts SQL; PostgreSQL/MongoDB is a plus Git and basic CI/CD/DevOps Strong problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Nice to Have: OpenAI/Azure AI or similar LLM platforms Vector databases Docker AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot French and English communication skills.
