Experience with AS400 an asset. The associate acts as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product information and processing orders in person, by phone, or via email. They are also responsible for maintaining counter stock and assisting with warehouse operations as needed.

Candidates must have previous technical experience in sales or customer service within a wholesale or distribution environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of the HVAC and plumbing industry is considered an asset.
