Experience with AS400 an asset. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and processing orders via phone, email, and in-person. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, picking warehouse orders, and maintaining counter stock.

Requires previous technical sales or customer service experience in wholesale or distribution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and AS400 is considered an asset.
