Job Posting SUMMARY: Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities: Process high volume customer remittances & deductions Analyze customer claims for deductions; shortages; price discrepancies Process customer payments (EDI, Wire Transfers, and Cheques) Follow up with customers for collections and deductions Process Claims Navigate thru Customer Portals (review invoice status\customer invoicing...etc) Liaise with other departments for issue resolution Perform regular account reconciliations and keep customer accounts current Produce reports, as required Perform other accounting related duties, as required Required Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable in a manufacturing environment is required Food Industry experience is preferred Completed post-secondary education in Accounting Strong knowledge of ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel Core Competencies: Customer and Product Centricity - Responds to the needs of both internal and external customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing a sense of urgency; always keeping our products front and centre. Exigences
Candidates must have at least one year of accounts receivable experience, preferably within a manufacturing or food industry environment. A completed post-secondary education in accounting and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel are required.
