Wood is currently accepting applications for Pipefitter/Steamfitter Journeyperson (Adhoc) Offshore personnel, with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. This role will be located offshore Newfoundland and Labrador and will be a casual call-out role. The successful candidate will be willing and eligible to travel Offshore via helicopter or supply vessel. As a Pipefitter/Steamfitter Journeyperson, you will be responsible for lay out, fabrication, assembly, installation and maintenance of piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems. In this role you will also be using power tools, rigging equipment, and hand tools. You will be working in confined spaces and/or at heights, as well as noisy conditions.
