About The Role The successful candidate should have general body shop experience and familiarity with the automotive industry. The individual must be accurate and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are required. Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after the repairs Providing high quality customer service Providing accurate collision estimates and following up with customers to book in for repairs Write supplements when necessary while vehicles are in for repairs Provide accurate and competitive estimates on collision repairs Skills And Specifications At least 2-3 years experience writing collision repair estimates Valid AB drivers license with a current and clean abstract Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks Sound understanding of all collision repair process Ability to negotiate with clients Experience with Mitchell estimating and Audatex Experience dealing with insurance companies Some Of The Rewards Of Joining Our Team Exceptional benefits package Pension Plan with employer contributions – free money! The Estimator will be the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after repairs, providing high-quality customer service and accurate collision estimates. They will also write supplements when necessary and follow up with customers to book repairs.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience writing collision repair estimates and a valid AB driver's license with a clean abstract. Strong communication skills and a sound understanding of the collision repair process are essential.
