The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Lot Attendant to join our Advantage Ford team! About The Role As a Service Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Service Department. You'll be responsible for safely moving customer and dealership vehicles, maintaining an organized lot, and supporting the service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) Safely transport customer and dealership vehicles to and from the service department. Park, organize, and stage vehicles on the lot and in designated service areas. Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, and shuttle-related duties as required. Keep the service drive, parking lot, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Support the Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement and other assigned tasks. Perform basic vehicle checks, such as verifying fuel levels and ensuring vehicles are presentable. Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures while operating vehicles. The Successful Candidate Will Have A positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to customer service. The ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (an asset). A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform light physical duties.
