Ideal Profile · PhD in a Science/Engineering discipline (specializations matching the above fields). · ≥3 years of post-PhD experience in your field (industry, academia, or R&D institutions). · Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project timelines. · Expertise in at least one core technology area (e.g., AI algorithms, Battery R&D, Autonomous Systems).
