Technical Director

The ideal candidate will manage and motivate the team to achieve performance targets. The role encompasses strategic planning, project management and personnel management. Good collaboration awareness and excellent interpersonal skills are required for the Technical Director position. Responsibilities Manage, coach and support the engineering team Formulate technical strategies and budget proposals Drive the implementation of technical strategies and monitor relevant performance metrics Communicate work objectives to team members Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery and budget control Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 10 years of working experience Proven outstanding project delivery results Exceptional interpersonal, communication and coordination capabilities
