One full-time, and one part-time position available. The successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in both the convenience store and gas pump area. Previous retail, customer service, or gas station experience is beneficial. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately handle cash, debit, credit, and other monetary transactions. Process lottery sales and validate lottery tickets. Sell age-restricted products, including cigarettes, beer, and wine, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Authorize fuel purchases and assist customers with pump-related inquiries Process purchases for all convenience store merchandise. Maintain accurate cash balances and follow cash handling procedures. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed. Keep the store, washroom facilities, and gas pump area clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor store inventory and report low stock levels. Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention procedures. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers and resolve customer concerns professionally. Education Not Applicable Qualifications Experience Required Previous customer service, retail, or gas station experience is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting and stocking duties. Ability to work evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
