Inspect, sort, and handle eggs carefully to maintain quality standards. Identify and remove cracked, dirty, or damaged eggs. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing barns, equipment, and work areas. Complete basic production records and paperwork as required. Monitor bird health and report concerns to supervisors. Follow animal welfare, biosecurity, and food safety procedures. Assist with general farm labour duties and other tasks as assigned. Working Conditions Fast-paced agricultural production environment. Exposure to dust, barn conditions, and varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable performing routine tasks while maintaining high quality standards Education Not Applicable Qualifications Experience Required Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, punctual and able to follow instructions. Strong work ethic Comfortable working around poultry and in agricultural environments. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays as required.
