In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our retail customers by providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and payments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Successful candidates will receive a $500 Welcome Bonus upon the successful completion of their probationary period. Responsibilities Provide exceptional in-person customer service. Take and process customer orders in person, by phone, and by email. Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming retail environment. Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or concerns. Support retail ordering, stock replenishment, and inventory tracking. Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, email communication, and retail documentation. Assist with Shopify and POS administrative functions when required. Work collaboratively with Retail, Production, Sales, and Finance teams. Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs. Education Secondary School Diploma Requirements Experience Required Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an asset. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to learn retail management, ordering, and inventory systems. Ability to follow procedures and food safety requirements. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required based on retail hours. Compensation And Benefits $17.60 - $22/hour $500 Welcome Bonus upon successful completion of probation.
