About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to support our Outbound Operations team in Brampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who can coordinate daily operations, support team performance, and help maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment. Location Brampton, ON Schedule Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Full-Time Flexibility to work additional hours, alternate shifts, and occasional weekends as required Compensation $22.00/hour during the probationary period Wage increase upon successful completion of the probationary period Weekly pay 4% vacation pay What You'll Do As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will support the Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and customer service standards are consistently achieved. Lead and support the Outbound team in preparing and loading customer orders Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to team members Release and manage orders using SAP and warehouse systems Ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and on time Monitor team performance and productivity throughout the shift Identify operational challenges and support solutions to improve efficiency Support onboarding and training of new employees Coach and mentor team members and promote continuous improvement Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Collaborate with supervisors and leadership to achieve operational goals Perform regular warehouse duties and assist the team when Team Lead responsibilities are not required Forklift Requirements Forklift certification is required, or candidates must be willing to obtain certification. Counterbalance forklift Reach Truck Order Picker The Team Lead may operate warehouse equipment as needed to support daily operations. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, Lead Hand, Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment Experience coordinating teams and prioritizing workloads Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good English communication skills, written and verbal Computer proficiency Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) SAP experience is considered a strong asset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) when required Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Why Join Us?
