What You’ll Do Install and activate Rogers Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Security services Troubleshoot and resolve service issues on-site Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship Work independently while following safety standards and procedures Requirements (Must-Have) A reliable vehicle suitable for carrying ladders and equipment (pickup truck or cargo van preferred) Physically fit and comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background/security screening Strong accountability to ensure jobs are completed properly and customers are satisfied Technically proficient with strong troubleshooting skills in consumer electronics and telecommunications equipment Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Availability for evening and weekend shifts Assets (Nice-to-Have) Direct experience working with Rogers systems, services, and infrastructure Previous experience in coax, fiber, twisted pair, internet, TV, or security installation Telecommunications installation experience (or similar technical field) Perks Paid field training Optional dental & extended health coverage Steady work volumes with opportunity for growth Supportive team culture and ongoing development opportunities Location: Kelowna, BC (and surrounding areas) Job Type: Full-Time Owner-Operator Contractor Work Location: Okanagan Valley, dispatched from home Ready to take charge of your career and earnings?
